Mimi Panel User Agreement

Welcome to Mimi Panel ("the App"), provided by the developer Zhang Shibo ("we" or "us"). Please read this agreement carefully before using the App. By tapping "Agree" or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement and the Mimi Panel Privacy Policy.

The Chinese version of this agreement (docs/agreement.md) is the governing version; this English version is provided for convenience.

1. The service

The App is a control panel. Through the RESTful external-controller API of a mihomo-compatible proxy core that you deploy yourself, it lets you view and manage the core's status, proxy groups and nodes, connections, logs, rules and parts of its configuration.

The App contains no proxy core and provides no proxy servers, nodes, subscriptions or network acceleration, and it does not create proxy or VPN connections on your device. All of its features depend on the backend you configure.

2. Acceptable use

Connect only to backends that you own or are authorized to manage, and keep backend addresses and secrets safe.
Comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and do not use the App or the services it manages for any illegal activity.
Actions you take on a backend through the App (such as switching nodes, changing configuration, closing connections, or restarting or upgrading the core) are your own decisions, and you bear their consequences.

3. Intellectual property

The rights to the App's interface design, icons and code belong to the developer. Third-party software names mentioned in the App are used only to describe API compatibility and belong to their respective owners.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". Because backend versions, network environments and devices vary, we do not guarantee that the App works in every environment.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions, data loss or other losses caused by your backend configuration, network conditions, third-party software or force majeure.

5. Changes and termination

We may update this agreement as needed and will publish the updated version in the App. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using and uninstall the App.

6. Governing law

This agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the People's Republic of China.
